 1、批發(fā)的站內(nèi)信消息優(yōu)先處理。抓住一個(gè)老客戶,有時(shí)候可以頂你一天的銷售額,要把更多的精力放在批發(fā)訂單上,爭(zhēng)取拿下批發(fā)訂單。

 2、如實(shí)回答,切勿忽悠??蛻粼儐柈a(chǎn)品的相關(guān)功能,知道就是知道,不知道就是不知道,不確定就說不知道,一旦你說了可以支持,結(jié)果買回去用不了,速賣通糾紛退全款,妥妥的。(客戶要懂產(chǎn)品+物流+銷售等等)。
